The registration fee provides access to the complete four-day event, including the 5th International Workshop on Cooling Systems for HTS Applications (IWC-HTS 2026), the Symposium on Cryogenics and Superconductivity, technical sessions, poster sessions, industrial exhibition, networking events, and experimental short courses.

IWC-HTS 2026 is designed as a focused technical workshop that promotes in-depth scientific discussions and close interaction between participants from academia, research laboratories, and industry.

Registration Fee: 

The registration fee is €363 per participant (including 21% VAT).

The early registration feeis available until 15 September 2026.

After 15 September 2026, the registration fee will increase by €100, resulting in a total fee of €463 (including 21% VAT).

Capacity

Attendance is limited to 150 participants. To maintain the workshop's interactive character and ensure high-quality technical exchange, participation is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the maximum capacity has been reached. Early registration is therefore strongly recommended.

Short Courses

A dedicated day of experimental short courses will be organized on Monday, 26 October 2026. The courses are intended for students, researchers, engineers, and professionals seeking practical experience in cryogenic engineering, superconductivity, instrumentation, and experimental methods.

Participation in the short courses is included in the workshop registration fee. However, due to laboratory and facility constraints, the number of participants in the short courses is limited.

Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

After completing your workshop registration and payment, please send an email to registration@hts2026.comindicating your interest in participating in the short courses. A confirmation email will be sent once your participation has been confirmed and a place has been reserved.

Presenter Registration

Authors presenting oral or poster contributions are required to register for the workshop. At least one author of each accepted contribution must complete registration before the author registration deadline.
